Returns & Delivery

How We Pack Your Plants

Every plant that leaves our nursery is hand-packed with care. We use breathable kraft paper, biodegradable stabilisers, and custom-fitted boxes to ensure your plant arrives upright, soil intact, and stress-free. Fragile or tall plants receive additional internal supports. Our packaging is fully recyclable.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Express delivery is available at checkout and typically arrives within 1–2 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Plant Arrived Damaged?

Plants are living things and occasionally the journey is tough on them. If your plant arrives with broken stems, severe leaf damage, or signs of poor health, please photograph the plant and packaging and email us at support@sasyaa.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit promptly.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a plant or product that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched at no additional cost and coordinate the return of the wrong item where applicable.

Our Returns Policy

Because plants are perishable living organisms, we are unable to accept returns once delivered and in good health. If a plant is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-dispatch charges may apply. We encourage you to ensure someone is available to receive your plant on the expected delivery date.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we may have already begun preparing your plants for dispatch and cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, email support@sasyaa.in as soon as possible with your order number.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
