Products & Orders

All plants and products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including care requirements and sizing. However, as living plants vary naturally, slight differences may occur. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from us.

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging all plants to ensure safe delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Sasyaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We stand behind the health of every plant we ship. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper care after delivery.
